Season Tickets
Most supporters are happy with their season tickets prices.  However a few have complained after expecting a price cut due to speculation in the local media.

The statement from the Chairman was intended to say that reductions would be made if the club played Premiership football.  However, a complete price freeze has been implemented at Hull City AFC as well as a reduction in price for 2,500 people.

In addition to the freeze all children aged ten and under have been targeted for massive reductions as well as young people up to the age of eighteen.

The family stands and West Wing offer have made football affordable for families again.

All current season ticket holders have until the 12th May to renew their pass at the lowest price.  With the direct debit/flexible payment schemes on offer this should be achievable for most supporters.

Singing Section
One supporter had sent a letter to the Committee suggesting a trial of a singing section at the KC Stadium.

Although most Committee members were reluctant to move their seats for such an event, the Committee did agree to try a poll amongst supporters and try the idea if deemed popular.

Policing
Humberside Police have agreed to look into the possibility of a "Code of Conduct" agreement between the Police and football supporters.  The Committee discussed the draft version of this policy and any relevant changes will be made.

Perimeter Car Park
Members again stressed their concerns regarding cars leaving early post match through pedestrian traffic.  Measures are being taken by the club to avoid such incidents.

Walton Street
One member would like to be sure that the pedestrian gate at the far end of Walton Street car park is open after every game.  When the gate is locked it causes problems.

North/West Corner
One member asked the Chairman if he would consider an unreserved section in the North/West corner of the ground.  The answer was no as he would not want to lose the 10% reduction incurred on an unreserved area.

Hot Drinks
One member feels that lids and holders are not being provided for hot drinks at the kiosks.  The lids should be available from every kiosk and this will be checked before the next home game.

Beer
Members discussed the possibility of the drinks kiosks speeding up the beer orders. The Committee would like to see some sort of pre-ordering come into the service and this will be investigated further.

Loyalty Card
One member asked if the club had considered some form of loyalty card.  It was explained that a new CRM system is due to be installed at the club, which will make such ideas more straightforward to manage.

FLC
One member asked if the FLC could add suggestion boxes around the stadium to improve interaction with supporters who are not online.  This will be implemented shortly.

Match Day Programme
One member raised concerns with the amount of mistakes made in recent match day programmes.  The problems had been noticed and an effort is being made to improve the upcoming programmes and avoid any mistakes.

Mascot
One member raised the point that many other clubs seem to have more than one mascot and asked if it is something that we should look at.  The majority of the Committee felt that it was not necessary.

Purchasing Online
Members asked if the club could provide Tiger Leisure discounts and Ticket Office concessions on the online shopping systems.  This is not possible at the moment but could be available in the near future.

Merchandise
Members feel that the range within the Tiger Leisure store has improved over recent years and hope that it will continue to do so in line with other football club stores.

Final Scores
Members would like to hear the final scores announced a couple of minutes later than currently to allow the crowd to applaud the players.  They would also like to hear the final scores with music playing at the same time.

Sports Bar
We have made some improvements in the bar.  However the set up of the room and the variation of speakers both need to improve.  The build up to the game and the involvement of the members with the match day itself also needs to improve. Previously any pies left over on the concourse were made available in the Sports Bar post match.  However this has not happened recently.

Reserves
When a recent reserve game was called off many supporters were unaware and still arrived for the game.  Can any future postponed fixtures be advertised on local radio etc to avoid this happening again?

Ticket Office
Members are pleased that the Ticket Office is still opening after games as the club are offering a service too supporters who cannot get to the stadium during the week.

Season Ticket Forms
One member mentioned that the season ticket application forms are not currently available on the club and main receptions.  This will be rectified immediately.
