Water
Members raised the problem of a lack of hot water in the toilets. It was agreed that John Cooper would look into this and report back at the next meeting.

Fixtures
One member asked if it would be possible to have a longer break between home fixtures during the Hull Fair period, to avoid problems such as the loss of parking on Walton Street. The Chairman confirmed that this unfortunately will not be possible.

Masters
A member asked why Hull City was never represented in "The Masters" tournaments on Sky TV.  The club will investigate this further.

Standing
A member asked if the club would consider creating standing areas within the stadium.  The Chairman explained that it would be difficult for such a scheme to be cost-effective.

Toilets
A member asked if the club would consider installing child-friendly urinals in the toilets around the family areas of the ground. The club will investigate the possibility further.

Radio
A member asked if the club had considered selling ear pieces to supporters to listen to a club commentary at home games. Most members felt that such an opportunity is already in place via local radio. However, the Commercial Director agreed to look into this further.

Late Entry
Members feel that the club should have a clearer policy for late arrivals on match days.  Late arrival supporters said they had experienced difficulty getting into the ground. The FLO explained that the current policy for late arrivals is to direct supporters to the appropriate corner gate in the stadium, where a steward will take their ticket. The committee agreed that this policy needed to be made clear to supporters.

Music After Goals
A member asked if music could be played after a goal.  The answer from the committee was a unanimous "no". However, The FLC agreed to consult supporters and monitor in the future.

KC Phones
The meeting noted that the phone numbers at the KC stadium are in the process of being changed.  This should reduce the cost of outside calls to the stadium.

Lighting
The poor lighting around the approach to the stadium was again mentioned.

SMS Service
A member asked about the SMS Scheme and its benefits.  Exclusive stories for the club appear to be announced at the same time as the local media.   Whilst this may happen occasionally, overall, the club felt that breaking announcements were being received ahead of local media reports.

Sports Bar
The Commercial Director explained the benefits of the Sports Bar which includes access to an exclusive area as well as hearing guest speakers etc. The members in the bar asked if a smoking booth could be considered.   However, the exclusion zone for the stadium is 8 metres and such a booth would not be possible.

Smoking
Smoking in the stadium is still a problem. Supporters have been seen smoking in their seats as well as in the toilets. The Chairman feels that the transition will take time and that progress is being made. The situation will continue to be monitored.

Police and Stewards
The Chairman said he is happy with the current police costs which are low in comparison to many other Championship clubs and in fact the majority of games are not policed. Members reported that the previous problems of intimidating clothing and the presence of police officers around the stadium, have improved.

Re-arranged Ipswich Game
The RFL had to cover the compensation for the fixture change. At the time only two options were available with either both clubs playing on the same day or Hull FC move to Doncaster or Leeds. The SMC felt the best option was to play both games on the same day.

TV's
A continuing problem with concourse TV's being switched off was again discussed. This will be discussed further next month with The Stadium Manager.
