FLC March 2008
Loyalty Scheme
Some members would like to see more points awarded for away games than the home matches. Although the club would like to keep the scheme simple and award points evenly for home and away fixtures the policy is not set in stone and can evolve as we progress.
Ticket Offers
The take up on the recent ticket offers was only a couple of hundred and recent gates have still been disappointing (prior to Watford).
West Stand
Members were concerned that some of the lettering on the West Stand is missing and the bricks purchased by supporters need a clean.
Season Tickets
Members feel that the £15 per person admin charge on direct debits is too much. It was explained that this charge covers the clubs bank charges for the service and can be avoided by paying with a cheque.
Prices
Members feel that there are reduced price offers in place for families that many supporters are unaware of and should be advertised.
Students
One member had received a complaint regarding the new 16-21 year old season pass and the problems it caused them as a mature student. Danny Pratt agreed to look further into the complaint.
Policing
A member had received a complaint from a supporter regarding policing at the stadium. The FLC feel that policing has improved at the stadium since our last meeting with the police and don't see any real problems with match day policing at this moment in time.
Toilets
A lack of hot water & paper towels in the West Stand toilets was again raised.
Catering
Members again raised their concerns regarding the slow service at the concourse kiosks.
North Stand
A member asked if pass sales go well would there be any plans to add home season tickets to the North Stand? The club will look to sell every possible seat to home fans should the opportunity arise.
