Disabled Supporters
In addition to our wheelchair bays in each stand, we have limited availability for ambulant disabled supporters who require a carer in the deVries Honda West Stand Upper, MKM South Stand and Ideal Standard East Stands. Ambulant disabled supporters must register with the club by calling our Fans Liaison Officer, Daniel Pratt, on 01482 304835 or email daniel.pratt@hulltigers.com

All disabled supporters pay the concessionary rate and all carers are free of charge. Any disabled applications for season/match day tickets are handled directly by our Fans Liaison Officer, Daniel Pratt.

Young Children
All children aged 16 or under will pay the concessionary rate and must have their own seat regardless of their age.

Lost Season Tickets
The company will not accept responsibility for lost, mislaid or forgotten tickets. Replacement season tickets may only be supplied at the club's discretion in exceptional circumstances and a charge may be made. Tickets will not be duplicated on a match day.  All lost or mislaid tickets should be reported to our Fans Liaison Officer, Daniel Pratt.

Student Tickets
Students can buy tickets at the reduced rate on the day of the game. An up-to-date student union card (must have a photo on) must be produced when purchasing a ticket. Student pass holders must also make sure they bring their student ID with them to all games. Students who do not bring appropriate ID may be refused entry to the stadium.
