Application forms for the Tigers first three Barclays Premier League Home games are now available for Members to download HERE.

The completed Match Ticket Application Form must be returned to the Ticket Office by post or email in the time period stated. Please note Members wishing to sit together must return their forms together at the same time. Your application will be processed and you will receive either an email or SMS confirmation.

If the number of applications for one game outweighs the number of tickets available, a ballot will be held and members who have been successful in their application will be notified by email or SMS.

Important: Please note that Hull City supporters who hold a current Customer Reference Number and who purchased tickets to this Customer Reference Number for 5 or more HOME League games during the 2007/08 season, have until Friday 25th July to apply for the HOME Match Membership Scheme.

After this date, remaining Memberships will be available on a first come first served basis to any supporter in receipt of a current Customer Reference Number.
